each session is tailored to your specific needs. You are asked to bring something to the session that you wish to work through, seek guidance on and explore.

as we sit around the sacred fire we will enquire, explore, meditate, journey and seek medicine in relation to your question/enquiry.

sessions are fluid; sometimes we will journey, other times we will talk, sometimes we will tell great stories, and other times, something else may happen....
