1-2-1 Support, Mentoring and Coaching
'Into the Norse Wilderness - A Day with Jay (online)', are you ready to transform your life?
Come, come gather in the sacred 'Mead-Hall' of the 'NorseMen'. Come and sit with the aged Crone. She, with the sparkling blue eye; she, who looks into the flames and sings sacred songs to Urðr, Verðandi and Skuld
Come, come and sit. Look deeply into the flames and see what may come; as we take a journey of self-discovery.

Jay and the Elders of Aodhagan invite you to spend a transformative day in the 'Virtual-Mead-Hall' of the ancestors.
A journey of self discovery with Jay Livingstone

The fires have been lit, the mead horns have been filled.
The offerings have been made, and the Gods and Goddesses of 'the Old Ways'
have been honoured

Will you come to the feasting hall?
Will you take a seat by the hearth?
Will you look deep into the blazing fires?
Will you stay until the the embers glow cold?
And will you listen to the voices of the deities?
About our Online Day Together
This is a highly interactive, 1-2-1, day with Jay.
Although we shall be meeting virtually, we shall still be in relationship with a living, breathing entity that is our 'Virtual Mead-Hall'. This is a sacred space, outside of time and space; where magical things can happen.
By the nature of sitting in this 'between and betwixt' space, each time we gather here differs to some extent; with no two days in the 'Virtual-Mead-Hall' the same. This is due to many factors, including:
-
the issue that you bring to the 'Virtual-Mead-Hall';
-
those who will enter when we arrive;
-
where you personally are (physically, emotionally, and spiritually) within your life journey.
Starting at 10.00am (UK time), we enter the 'Mead-Hall'

Opening the door to this ancient long house, we enter. The fires have been lit, the seats arranged, and the 'Mead-Horn' filled. The space has been attended to for our arrival, and the 'Great-Seeress' will soon arrive to take her place on the 'High-Seat'. All now falls silent, and we start our journey into the 'Great-Unknown'. This is a sacred time in which we shall be sitting for several hours (with breaks), allowing magic to unfold

This is a 6 hour event where we will sit, talk, drum, be in silence, rattle, tell stories, sing great songs, and more

During our day together in the 'Virtual-Mead-Hall' we will be working with traditional techniques of the 'Northern Path', including:
-
the nine sacred questions of the Norse Seeress
-
guided meditations & journeys
-
contemplations and deep reflection
-
the great 'Norse Tree', the mother Yew - Yggdrasil
-
urlogs and the wyrd
-
the nine Norse worlds of the 'Great Mother'
-
myths, stories, sagas and the Edda's
-
runes, oracular cards and sigils
-
the seven Norse souls
-
the sacred wells of the 'Norse Tree'
-
the Norse Gods, Goddesses and deities
-
labyrinths and ancestral work
-
sacred songs, chants, sonifications and galdr
and more...
This is a day of magical transformation. As we sit in the 'Virtual-Mead-Hall' we will let the space have its way with us. As we journey through the landscape of your question, we will open ourselves to the 'Great-Unknown', to the 'All-That-Is', and to deep medicine.
-
Each day is tailored to your specific needs. You are asked to bring something to the 'Virtual-Mead-Hall' that you wish to work through, seek guidance on and explore.
-
As we walk the landscape of your question, we will enquire, explore, meditate, journey and seek medicine in relation to your question/enquiry.
-
The Day is fluid; sometimes we will journey, other times we will talk, sometimes we will tell great stories, and other times, something else may happen....
This is a whole day event
(roughly 10am to 4pm - 6 hours) and takes place all year round.

As we will be sitting for prolonged periods, please make sure that your wear comfortable clothing for the day, and your environment.

There will also be ample breaks to ensure that the day is comfortable
The work which we will be undertaking together is extremely deep, and therefore a consultation is required before our day together. This is to ensure that this kind of work is appropriate and beneficial for you
