A little more about Jay...

I am a teacher, researcher, internationally accredited complementary therapist and Shamanic practitioner grounded in the Norse and Celtic traditions. For the past two decades I have worked with countless individuals and groups to support the awakening of innate wisdom, improve health and wellbeing, and facilitate growth on all levels of being.

 

I have been on my own deep initiatory journey with the Elders of Aodhagan to awaken my own innate wisdom and to heal at a deep soul level.

 

Working with the Elders of Aodhagan, I create a safe, deep healing space within which you can start to reclaim your sovereign powers of healing and innate wisdom, supporting you to hear the songs of your own soul. By listening to these songs and bringing them into your consciousness, a possibility for your own transformation is brought into being. You are more powerful than you will ever know…

Jay Livingstone - Therapist

I have over two decades of professional experience as a teacher and therapist working in the holistic and energy medicine sector. I am a widely read, and a deeply experienced holistic and Shamanic therapist; and I have worked with numerous people to facilitate transformation within their lives. My research interests are: Soul, chronic illness, initiation, ceremony and ritual, health and wellbeing

I am trained in multiple healing modalities including:

  • Reiki 1 to 4 Master/Teacher (Usui Healing System)

  • VTCT Indian head massage

  • VTCT Crystal Therapy

  • IFHM Holistic Energy Medicine

  • Shamanic healing (specialising in the Northern path)

I also hold a Diploma in Shamanic Healing from the Bridget Healing Centre, Glastonbury, UK.
